A Public Art Installation featuring a series of vibrant mixed-media flower sculptures standing 8 to 10 feet tall. Designed to cast playful patterns of light by day, Black Light Designs partnered with artist Jessica Bell to illuminate the blooms with colorful, dancing LED lights, providing a fun, colorful mix of blues, purples, pinks, greens, and reds to elevate and showcase this piece which will bring community together for generations to come.
